What a great way to start the new year! And what a great way to start this new blog! Two of my favorite local magazines have published some of my wedding photos in their January issues. Chronogram, for whom I’ve done freelance photography and writing since 2005, is using an image from Laura and Roger’s beautiful wedding that took place in 2008 at Full Moon Resort to illustrate their article on great Hudson Valley wedding venues.
And Hudson Valley Magazine featured Rachel and Julius’ amazing wedding that just happened last June. It was the first wedding ever to be held at the new venue, Cole Hill Farm Estate, in Stone Ridge, and I was so excited to be part of it. When I saw them at Christmas to begin design work on their wedding album, Rachel and Julius told me it was fun to see their wedding featured in the magazine.
So far, 2010 is shaping up to be pretty happy. I hope this new blogging adventure continues just like this!
